Job summary

OCBC Bank, Singapore’s longest established bank, is seeking a Manager for Group Wealth Operations (Portfolio Operations) to ensure seamless stock transfer processes for high-net-worth clients. You will work with front office teams, custodians, and brokers to ensure timely and accurate transfers and maintain audit-ready records.

You'll work closely with our front office teams, external custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate stock transfers. What You Do
  • Process and verify stock transfer instructions from clients and internal stakeholders

Who You Are
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a wealth management or stockbroking environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as SGX and MAS rules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with operations systems and software
