Job summary

DBS is seeking an AVP/VP Asset Transfer Specialist in Wealth Management Ops to manage end-to-end asset transfers for clients. You will oversee operations, deliver client-centric service, and ensure risk controls align with regulatory standards.

You will coordinate with front office, custodians and external parties to ensure timely settlements, investigate exceptions, and drive process improvements. This role demands strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset transfer, preferably in private banking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong control mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end asset transfer management with adherence to SLAs.
• Provide support to stakeholders on transfer feasibility, timelines and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with bank operating guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions, failed trades and reconciliation breaks.
• Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround times and errors.
• Coordinate with CDP, front office and custodians for smooth settlements.
