Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Wealth Management Operations Specialist (AVP) to drive operational excellence for our private banking clients. You will coordinate with Business, Products, and Support Functions to ensure seamless onboarding and product implementations, while delivering timely data insights and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and leadership to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical skills with data preparation and trend analysis.
• Experience in operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• For New Business: support new products and services with Business, Products, and Functions; document process flows; track project deliverables.
• For Business Support: provide data insights, liaise with Group Operations, assist management reporting.
• Coordinate annual income classification, reclassifications, and discrepancy resolution with stakeholders and custodians.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by manager.
