Job summary

DBS seeks an AVP/VP Fund Structurer to drive VCC sub-fund design, legal setup, and regulatory alignment. The role spans product manufacturing, multi-asset execution, and end-to-end lifecycle management with a focus on front-office efficiency and governance.

Strong legal documentation skills and MAS licensure eligibility are required to navigate complex structures. You will collaborate across wealth, corporate, and institutional teams, ensuring high-quality fund documentation and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline.
• Eligible to register as licensed representative under MAS regime.
• Experience with Singapore VCC frameworks and related docs.
• Hands-on structuring knowledge across fund products and markets.

Responsibilities

• Architect Bespoke VCC structures with internal partners.
• End-to-end lifecycle management for sub-funds and NAV validation.
• Draft fund docs and ensure MAS VCC compliance.
• Lead external lawyers and manage costs for efficiency.
• Execute multi-asset trades with high accuracy & low slippage.
• Support portfolio construction, rebalance, and risk monitoring.
• Develop NAV reporting and automation workflows.
