Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a wealth management or stockbroking environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SGX and MAS rules.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify stock transfer instructions from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external custodians and brokers to facilitate stock transfers.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the transfer process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure audit trails and compliance.
