Job summary

HSBC Singapore is seeking a high-calibre professional to join our Wealth and Private Banking Operations team as Vice President, Wealth and Private Banking Operations. You will lead end-to-end Wealth & Private Banking operations, oversee outsourced/offshore delivery, ensure accurate transaction processing, manage SLAs, and drive efficiency through simplification and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or related discipline.
• 5–10 years’ Wealth and Private Banking operations experience.
• Experience managing outsourced/offshore delivery and SLA oversight.
• Strong project delivery, process management and automation experience.
• Risk and control mindset with audit/regulatory support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Wealth & Private Banking operations and transaction processing.
• Oversee outsourced/offshore activities and SLA oversight.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve enquiries/complaints.
• Prepare and review daily, monthly, reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Drive efficiency through simplification and automation.
• Lead projects and system/process enhancements with global partners.
• Maintain robust risk and control environment and audit readiness.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive remediation with evidence.
