Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Test Manager for a permanent banking project in Singapore. You will lead test strategy development, implement efficient QA processes, and mentor a large QA team across onshore and offshore operations to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires deep banking domain knowledge, hands-on testing leadership, and collaboration with project managers and clients to translate needs into effective testing approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Hands-on testing experience with strong management skills.
• Proven QA leadership in the banking industry, focusing on test strategy development and execution.
• Ability to design, trial, and refine test strategies for complex systems.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ members and mentoring on test strategy concepts.
• Innovative approach to improving test strategies and ensuring quality.
• Strong collaboration with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Experience managing offshore QA operations for efficiency and productivity.
• Deep knowledge of banking applications and infrastructure testing.
