Job summary

Quesscorp Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Lead/Principal Test Development Engineer to drive quality engineering, test automation, platform reliability, and performance validation for our FinTech platforms.

You will lead testing strategy and mentor teams across Singapore and China, collaborating with multinational stakeholders. You will design scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, APIs and cloud-native services, implement CI/CD gates, and ensure security, regulatory compliance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5–10 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test development.
• Experience working onsite in both China & Singapore and collaborating with multinational teams.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices in FinTech, e-commerce, digital payments, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall test strategy for enterprise-scale FinTech products and services.
• Establish quality standards, testing frameworks, release governance, and best practices across development teams.
• Mentor Quality Engineering and Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across Singapore, China, and other locations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
• Lead automation initiatives using Python or Java-based testing frameworks.
• Implement CI/CD quality gates and continuous testing practices.
• Drive automated regression, integration, end-to-end, and system testing.
• Validate workflows like onboarding, payments, wallets, merchant services, lending, and reporting.
