Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Level 2 production support specialist to provide ongoing support for business applications and batch jobs, ensuring operational stability and SLA compliance.

You will monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents, support Java/J2EE in Linux environments, and develop Python and Shell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Collaboration with development and infrastructure teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Shell scripting, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, and SQL.
