Job summary

Envicom Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee site execution, manage project administration, and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders. The role requires practical knowledge of waterproofing and insulation systems, with experience handling MINDEF and MHA security clearances for sensitive institutional sites.

You will maintain RA/SWP paperwork, master schedules, and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and government bodies to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or Project Management is required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on site coordination experience on building construction projects.
• Experience handling security pass submittals and personnel clearance for MINDEF/MHA sites.
• Proficient in compiling structural project paperwork (RA & SWP) and reading technical data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and maintain RA, SWP and material submission logs.
• Develop, monitor, and update project master schedules to meet milestones.
• Document and follow up on action items, progress updates and design variations.
• Manage procurement tracking and coordinate delivery timelines with logistics.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers and client reps.
• Monitor subcontractor activities daily to ensure compliance with specs, safety and quality.
• Manage end-to-end security clearance applications for project personnel and subcontractors.
• Liaise with MINDEF and MHA to ensure clearance compliance and renewals.
• Oversee government-mandated security conditions, escort protocols and restricted materials handling.
• Oversee surface preparation, application integrity and performance testing for coatings and insulation.
