Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling basic billing, and supporting a smooth patient journey while collaborating with doctors and the clinic team. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in receptionist/front desk roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
• Willingness to cross-deploy to neighbouring clinics when required.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
