Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
At least 3 years warehouse experience with supervisory duties.
Experience with WMS/ERP and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily tasks are completed smoothly and according to SOPs.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
Update and maintain inventory records using WMS/ERP systems.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Retail, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor warehouse performance and support improvements in daily operations.
Assist with manpower planning, staff training, and warehouse process improvements.
