Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing and inventory activities and ensure orders are processed accurately within service levels.

You will monitor workflow, allocate resources, coordinate with customers and transport providers, resolve issues, ensure SOP and safety compliance, and contribute to cost optimisation and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years warehouse/logistics operations experience.
• 1–2 years frontline staff management experience.
• Experience in 3PL/logistics/manufacturing or distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing and inventory activities.
• Ensure orders processed accurately within service levels.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet targets.
• Coordinate with customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and customer requirements.
• Investigate incidents and propose preventive measures.
• Prepare reports, productivity metrics and KPI tracking.
• Analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Drive productivity and service excellence within the team.
