Job summary

BD is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Technician to support warehouse and logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will manage receiving, inventory movement, material issuance, shipment prep, forklift operations, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding safety, quality and GMP standards.

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid Singapore Forklift License is required.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems or warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Experience in receiving, shipping, inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong safety mindset.

• Conduct picking, packing, loading and shipment preparation for local and export deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle movement and replenishment of resin materials, chemicals, and warehouse inventory.
• Maintain FIFO practices and inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Coordinate material movement between production areas, warehouse locations and external warehouses.
• Conduct container inspections and ensure proper loading for outbound shipments.
• Perform routine warehouse housekeeping, racking inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, quality, environmental and company compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

About the Role
