Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Solution Enablement Manager to drive warehouse systems excellence and operational transformation across multiple sites. You will lead WMS implementations, act as SME for warehouse tech, and champion best practices to enable exceptional customer service.

The role involves collaborating with Operations, IT, and Engineering, delivering training, and supporting governance and standardization across regional projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience leading system implementations or operational projects.
• Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma or similar is advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable supporting multiple sites and regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS and operational systems implementation projects.
• Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse management systems.
• Support new customer implementations, testing and go-live activities.
• Develop and deliver user training and knowledge sharing.
• Coach and support site Super Users across multiple locations.
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Analyse operational issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering and Project teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance and system best practices are maintained.
• Support business transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
