Job summary

BDP International seeks an experienced Project Manager with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead global projects, including implementation and application work. The role requires proven lifecycle delivery, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to meet time, scope and budget targets.

You will develop plans, manage scope and risks with MS Project, coordinate IT, operations and vendors, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5–8 years of directly related experience.
• 3+ years leading application implementation projects.
• 2–3 years of WMS implementation experience.
• Infor WMS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global WMS implementation projects from initiation to deployment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.
• Provide weekly status reports to leadership and sponsors.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and objectives.
• Support testing, training, deployment planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
