Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise and manage daily operations at Changi South, Changi North, and Greenwich.

You will ensure delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and proper documentation while optimizing resources. The ideal candidate holds a Nitec or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields, with at least 3 years in warehouse operations and one year in a supervisory role. Only Singaporeans may apply.

Qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience with 1 year in supervision.
• Singaporean Only.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure program requirements are met, including delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Manage materials, purchases, manpower, and overtime to maintain cost-effective operations.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory integrity and ensure accurate data processing and record-keeping.
• Gather feedback from staff and customers to identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and operational documentation.
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure staff comply with established processes and SOPs.
