Job summary

TempServ Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily inbound/outbound activities, picking, packing and inventory for a 3PL environment in Singapore.

You will ensure accurate order processing and meet service levels, while coordinating with customers, transport providers and internal teams. Role requires 3–5 years in warehouse logistics, with 1–2 years in frontline staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• 1–2 years of experience managing frontline operational staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory activities.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and with agreed service levels.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders on operational requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and elevate critical matters when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Investigate operational incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Prepare operational reports, productivity reports, and KPI tracking.
• Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Drive productivity and service excellence within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience managing frontline operational staff
• Experience in a 3PL, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment will be an advantage.
