Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Logistics Team Lead in Singapore to oversee daily warehouse activities and drive KPI attainment.

The role requires a diploma and 2–3 years in logistics, with hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems and SAP. You will coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders, ensure safety, and promote productivity through Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2–3 years' experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System / SAP preferred.
• Experience dealing with customers at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) preferred.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of logistics assistants/team lead in daily warehouse activities.
• Lead team to meet KPIs and department goals.
• Ensure conformance of workplace safety and operations procedures.
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless throughput.
• Monitor staff performance and participate in annual staff appraisal; address performance problems per policies.
• Participate in setup of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency.
• Plan and monitor team performance including coaching and counselling as needed.
• Implement work improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizens and LEAN for operational excellence.
• Inventory management using internal WMS and SAP system.
• Ensure all billings are done timely & accurately with supporting documents.
• Maintain safe keeping and traceability of customer documents.

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of logistics assistants/team lead in carrying daily warehouse activities
• To lead the team in meeting Key Performance Indicators and department operations goals
• To ensure conformance of workplace safety and operations procedures
• To work closely with customers and internal stakeholders in ensuring seamless customer throughput
• Monitor staff performance and participate in annual staff appraisal; address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with personnel policies of the company
• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
• Plan and monitor team performance including giving coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
• Implement work improvement initiative and programs such as 5S, Kaizens and LEAN with the goal of achieving Operational Excellence within the operations
• Inventory Management using internal WMS and Customer's SAP system
• Ensure all billings are done timely & accurately with all necessary supporting documents
• Maintain and ensure safe keeping and traceability of relevant customer's document / record

Requirements:
