Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is partnering with an established retailer to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for its East Singapore in-house operations. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory and order fulfilment, and lead an operational team.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, with hands-on leadership and strong problem-solving skills. In-house warehouse exposure and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
• In-house warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience leading and managing warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment and daily warehouse operations.
• Hands-on with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with WMS, ERP or inventory management systems would be advantageous.
• Exposure to e-commerce or omni-channel fulfilment would be advantageous.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License would be an added advantage.

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the retail sector to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for its in-house operations. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory and order fulfilment while leading an operational team. You will also work with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: East Singapore
• Working Hours: 5.5 days; Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm
• Salary Package: Up to S$4,500 + AWS + Annual Performance Bonus

The Job:
