Job summary

City Manpower Consultancy in Singapore is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth inventory flow.

You will manage stock, implement FIFO, coordinate deliveries, utilize SAP, and prepare monthly reports while planning staff schedules and driving efficiency.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Logistics or related field, with at least 5 years' supervisory experience and a valid forklift license.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory warehouse experience.
• Forklift license is required.
• Familiar with SAP, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.

• Handle incoming and outgoing goods, DOs, and Packing Lists.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Manage SAP system and prepare monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and support audits.

• Salary: $2,800 – $3,500
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week

• Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
• Saturday: 9am – 1pm
