Job summary

CIT Cosmeceutical Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods at its Ang Mo Kio facility. The role includes supervising staff, managing inventories, and ensuring compliance with GMP and ISO standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production for material withdrawals, maintaining documentation, and conducting regular audits. The candidate should have a Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse Management, forklift license, and at least 5

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management is required.
• MS Excel and MS Word computer literacy required.
• At least 5 years of working and supervision experience in the related field.
• Forklift license is required.
• Able to perform manual tasks and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse assistants on safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management.
• Monitor deliveries for raw materials and ensure FIFO stock arrangement.
• Handle Delivery Orders and Packing Lists.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain detailed warehouse material identifications.
• Ensure minimum stock levels and plan for capacity needs.
• Prepare production-related material withdrawals and stock-out planning.
• Raise purchase orders when needed and arrange forklift and stacker maintenance.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Provide monthly inventory reports for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Oversee internal and external audits and documentation.

Job Description:

• Monitorwarehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timelydispatch of goods;
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximizeproductivity;
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize timemanagement;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materialsfor production. Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFOsystem;
• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order andPacking List;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materialsidentifications;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts isidentified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacityrequirements;
• Prepare and support production department forwithdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form andBMR List;
• Raise purchase order when required and ensuretimely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cyclecounts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the levelof raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month;finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request;
• Responsible for the internal and external auditprocess and documentation
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and securityof the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 &45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs;
• Conduct and provide refresher training forwarehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs;
• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assigntheir work schedule and inventory;
• Highlight, feedback or suggest during and/orafter the monthly staff meeting;
• Other projects and assignments instructed ordelegated by management and director.

JobRequirements:

• Candidatemust possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
• Requiredskill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate
• Atleast 5 year(s) of working and supervision experience in the related field
• PossessForklift License
• Ableto do manual job and have problem solving skills
