The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore (Ang Mo Kio area). The role involves safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, FIFO stock control, inventory cycles, and daily system management to optimize warehouse operations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, with a 5.5-day work week. Salary ranges SGD 1800-2200 plus AWS and VB, with forklift license advantageous.

Formación

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate
• Forklift License will be advantage

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Ensure stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system.
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Implement and maintain detailed warehouse materials identifications.
• Create and implement a proper materials transfer system.
• Maintain minimum stock levels and plan for future capacity requirements.
• Prepare and support production for withdrawing raw materials/packaging material based on stock-out requests and BMR list.
• Conduct monthly inventories and cycle counts; provide inventory reports by month end.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of warehouse areas at all times.
• Filing and arranging documents.
• Participate in other projects as instructed by management and supervisor

Position: Warehouse Assistant

• Salary : $1800 - $2200 + AWS + VB
• Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
• Working days: 5.5 days’ work week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identity all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Ensuring all stocks are arrange and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• To implement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements;
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List;
• Conduct physically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of the month); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once management request;
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Filling and arranging of documents;
• Other projects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor.
