CIT COSMECEUTICAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to manage safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will monitor FIFO stock, assist with incoming and outgoing cargo, and support daily warehouse operations.

The role requires at least O Level, proficient MS Excel/Word, and 3 years of related experience. Forklift license is a plus. The job offers AWS and variable bonus, medical and dental benefits, and a 5.5 day work week in the Ang Mo Kio area.

Qualifications

• Secondary/O level qualification required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Forklift license advantageous.
• Able to perform manual tasks and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas for improvement and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and manage warehouse system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor deliveries for raw materials with FIFO stock.
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain detailed warehouse material identifications.
• Create and implement a proper materials transfer system.
• Maintain minimum stock levels and plan for capacity needs.
• Prepare and support production for material withdrawal as needed.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Provide monthly inventory reports for raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of warehouse areas.
• Filing and arranging documents; assist management and supervisor.

Job Description:

• Ensurethe safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identityall areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepareand manage the warehouse system to optimize time management;
• Closelymonitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensuring all stocksare arranged and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Assiston incoming and outgoing cargo;
• Toimplement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Creatingand implement a proper materials transfer system;
• Ensurethat the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed andplanning for future capacity requirements;
• Prepareand support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packagingmaterial based on stock out request form and BMR List;
• Conductphysically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Youare required to provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material,packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of themonth); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once managementrequest;
• Youare also required to ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of thewarehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Fillingand arranging of documents;
• Otherprojects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary, O Level
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Forklift License will be advantage
• Able to do manual job and independent
