Job summary

CIT COSMECEUTICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage a team of warehouse staff at the Ang Mo Kio area in Singapore. You will oversee safe receipt, storage, retrieval and dispatch of goods, while driving productivity and stock accuracy.

You will also coordinate SAP processes, ensure FIFO deliveries, plan for maintenance of equipment, and support monthly inventories and audits. This role offers AWS/bonus and benefits, with a 5.5-day work week and hours 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management.
• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency; ability to use computer systems.
• Minimum 5 years of working and supervising experience in warehouse/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse assistants for safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas for improvement and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management.
• Monitor deliveries for raw materials ensuring FIFO and proper stock arrangement.
• Handle Delivery Orders and Packing Lists; assist with incoming/outgoing cargo.
• Conduct monthly inventories, cycle counts and audits; provide reports.

Job Description:

• Monitorwarehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timelydispatch of goods;
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximizeproductivity;
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize timemanagement;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materialsfor production. Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFOsystem;
• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order andPacking List;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materialsidentifications;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts isidentified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacityrequirements;
• Prepare and support production department forwithdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form andBMR List;
• Raise purchase order when required and ensuretimely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cyclecounts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the levelof raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month;finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request;
• Responsible for the internal and external auditprocess and documentation
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and securityof the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 &45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs;
• Conduct and provide refresher training forwarehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs;
• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assigntheir work schedule and inventory;
• Highlight, feedback or suggest during and/orafter the monthly staff meeting;
• Other projects and assignments instructed ordelegated by management and director.

JobRequirements:

• Candidatemust possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
• Requiredskill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate
• Atleast 5 year(s) of working and supervision experience in the related field
• PossessForklift License
• Ableto do manual job and have problem solving skills
