Job summary

FS TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operative to maintain daily operations and ensure timely order fulfillment. You will follow SOPs and 6S standards while handling receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities.

You will resolve issues during processing or delivery, maintain basic records and assist data reporting, and work closely with the team to improve efficiency. Fresh graduates are welcome; NITEC or higher in Logistics or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or higher, preferably in Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience with inbound and outbound operations.
• Good communication, detail-oriented and team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations in compliance with SOP and 6S standards to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle issues arising during order processing or delivery; escalated promptly when necessary and support resolution.
• Carry out receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities within required timelines.
• Maintain basic operational records and assist in data reporting as required.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain on-site 6S standards and support the supervisor in daily warehouse management activities.
