Job summary

SY VENDING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse activities and hygiene compliance, ensuring safe, efficient daily operations. You will monitor daily staff rosters and annual leave, generate reports to directors on delivery schedules, stock and unloading plans, optimize storage capacity, supervise and train operation staff, and follow up on customer feedback and government inspections, plus other ad-hoc tasks from management.

Responsibilities

• manager overall operation of the warehouse and hygience matters,
• monitor daily staff roster and annual leave schedule of the operation staff,
• daily reporting to director/manager on the delievry schedule, stocks and unstuffing schedule,
• monitor warehouse storage capacity and on-time delievry schedule to customer place,
• supervise and train operation staff,
• follow up customers' feedback and queries,
• follow up government agency inspection matter,
• other ad-hoc matter assigned by the management,
