Job summary

KWE-KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS (S) PTE LTD is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, and ensure shipments meet deadlines. You will supervise a team, maintain operation records, and liaise with the customer service department.

Requirements: 3–5 years as a warehouse supervisor at a global logistics provider, forklift license and ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks, strong English (written and spoken), basic PC skills, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor at a global logistic service provider.
• Forklift license and able to operate forklift and reach truck.
• Able to speak, read and write English for drafting operational reports.
• Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems.
• Experience supervising 20 staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations based on attendance and volume.
• Liaise with customer service to arrange inbound/outbound activities within deadlines.
• Conduct daily spot checks on documentation and warehouse processes.
• Perform operational training to team members.
• Maintain records for all operational documents.
• Manage attendance records and verify vendor invoices.
• Handle purchase requisition and system updates.
• Overtime management for team members.

Job Requirements

• with 3-5 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider.
• Required to have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck.

• Experienced to handle staff members of 20 headcounts.
• Required to work 5 days and required to perform overtime as requested.
