Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Singapore to support daily inbound/outbound and stocktaking activities. You will follow warehouse SOPs, perform 5S, and ensure accurate records and system transactions.

Fresh candidates are welcome; 1–2 years of related experience preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems are a plus; forklift license is an advantage. Training may be provided.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
Fresh candidates with relevant skills may also be considered.
Basic computer skills; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Forklift/Heavy Forklift license is an advantage; training may be provided where required.

Responsibilities

Follow warehouse safety, quality and operating procedures.
Perform 5S and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Perform inbound, outbound, put away, picking, cycle counting and stocktaking activities.
Conduct visual inspections and report shipment discrepancies or non-conformities.
Perform quality checks, photo-taking and truck loading activities.
Maintain accurate warehouse records, documentation and system transactions.
Support the Supervisor in achieving operational KPIs.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Liaise with internal and external parties when required.
