Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, outbound and cycle count, ensuring safety, quality and accurate records. You will perform 5S, inspections, data entry and assist in process improvements.

Role requires lifting 15–20 kg, familiarity with warehouse systems and at least four years of related experience. Multiple locations offer a dynamic team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• PC literate with basic computer and data entry skills.
• Forklift license and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with warehouse safety, quality and operating processes.
• Perform 5S in warehouse and maintain orderly work area.
• Handle inbound/outbound and cycle count activities timely.
• Conduct visual inspections and report non-conformities.
• Support supervisor to achieve KPIs and maintain documentation.
• Assist in stocktaking, data integrity and process improvements.
