Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to coordinate daily operations, liaise with customers and transporters, plan orders to meet delivery and collection requirements, and manage inbound/outbound shipments.

You will perform cycle count administration, maintain inventory records, process outbound transactions in SAP and receiving in WMS, and prepare accurate operational reports. Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and liaise with customers and transporters on day-to-day operational matters.
Plan and coordinate orders to meet shipment delivery and collection requirements.
Manage inbound, outbound, exchange and return shipments in a timely and orderly manner.
Perform cycle count administration and maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform outbound transactions in SAP and receiving transactions in WMS.
Prepare, maintain and submit accurate operational reports and documentation.
Report receiving discrepancies or non-conformances to the relevant Executive.
Support process improvement initiatives and implementation.
Use Microsoft Office tools to support daily operational activities.
