Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking reliable warehouse personnel to manage inbound and outbound operations across multiple Singapore sites. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, sorting and storage, while ensuring accuracy and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading with appropriate equipment, conducting regular stock counts, and updating records using scanners or the warehouse management system. Flexible to shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Able to perform manual handling and physical warehouse tasks.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• Valid Singapore Forklift License is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and storage.
• Load, unload, and move goods using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Conduct stock counts, inventory checks, and visual inspections.
• Update inventory records using scanners or WMS, where applicable.
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.
