Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily storage, packing, order picking, and shipping activities. You will handle inbound and outbound goods, verify quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Must be able to operate a forklift, work well in a team, and follow safety procedures. The role involves loading/unloading, container stuffing/unstuffing, and completing ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year store exposure preferred.
• Forklift operation capability required.
• Good teamwork and observe safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of packaging materials.
• Pick orders according to the pick list requirements.
• Receive all incoming materials into warehouse, ensuring that the quantity and quality match the order specifications.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments.
• Maintains accurate inventory records using a computerized inventory management system
• Handle container stuffing and unstuffing for inbound and outbound shipments based on instructions.
• Loading and unloading of goods for both internal and external trucks.
• Carry out ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
