Job summary

Singapore Post Limited is seeking a Solution Manager to architect warehouse and fulfilment solutions, aligning client requirements with SingPost’s core capabilities. The role focuses on cost modeling, workflow design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.

You will own technical bids, analyze enterprise needs, and ensure operational performance across a network of warehouse sites and fulfilment centres, while maintaining profitability and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• Proven ability to model costs and drive profitable solutions.
• Experience translating enterprise requirements into designed workflows and SOPs.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with operations and sales teams.
• Hands-on with warehouse technology and automation concepts (WMS, RFID, barcoding).

Responsibilities

• Own the development of technical bids for warehouse and fulfilment services, gathering complex requirements and defining optimal workflows.
• Translate client needs into high-quality, executable warehouse solutions.
• Identify capabilities to broaden services and expand into new growth segments.
• Ensure consistent process compliance, capability deployment, and performance across the network.
• Monitor daily fulfilment flows to meet SLAs and client KPIs.
• Conduct regular audits of workflows and propose improvements to senior management for cost efficiency.
• Perform cost modeling and variance analysis to safeguard profitability.
