Job summary

Singapore Post Limited is seeking a seasoned IT leader to serve as the main business partner for cross-border and warehouse domains. You will translate strategic objectives into a technology roadmap and direct teams to deliver scalable, secure logistics solutions with strong reliability and performance.

You will oversee multi-year roadmaps, drive innovation including AI, mentor diverse teams, and ensure projects meet SLAs and budgets while maintaining high availability of critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP, CSM/CSPO, and ITIL certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in leadership managing system analysts, developers, or project managers.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-border and warehouse IT strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end IT project delivery with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Mentor technical teams and optimize resources across initiatives.
• Govern feasibility and provide architectural sign-off to ensure alignment with long-term strategy.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and manage vendor performance.
• Ensure system reliability and high availability for core logistics applications.
