Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Manage the receipt, verification and organisation of incoming goods and materials.
• Prepare delivery documentation, including picking lists, packing slips and shipping labels.
• Liaise between warehouse staff, drivers and customers to confirm delivery arrangements and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock information to relevant departments.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate delivery records in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products are correctly picked, packed and ready for dispatch.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding order status and delivery timescales.
• Assist in optimising warehouse layout and delivery routes to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
