Emitrophies S in Singapore is seeking a reliability‑focused warehouse associate to handle goods receiving, stock labeling, order picking and accurate inventory recording. You will support production needs and assist with loading and delivery preparation, ensuring items are properly stored and tracked.

The role emphasizes physical capability, basic computer skills, and good communication to coordinate with the team and supervisors during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, assembly, packing or production work preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory-system knowledge.
• Willing to work overtime during peak periods.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift and carry cartons over 10 kg.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Sort, label and store trophies, award components, corporate gifts and packaging materials in the correct locations.
• Pick and issue products and components according to sales orders and production requirements.
• Record all stock received, issued, assembled, transferred, returned or damaged accurately and promptly.
• Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist with loading, unloading and preparing completed orders for delivery or customer collection.
• Ad-Hoc duties to assist with production operation
