Job summary

EMITROPHIES (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operative to receive goods, verify quantities, and manage stock across packing and production areas. You will sort, label, and store items, pick and issue according to orders, and support daily operations with accurate stock records.

Candidates should have warehouse/production experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift over 10 kg. Overtime may be required during peak periods; strong communication and organization are

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, assembly, packing or production work preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory-system knowledge.
• Able to work overtime during peak periods when required.
• Good communication and organizing skills.
• Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing more than 10kg.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against orders.
• Sort, label and store items in correct locations for easy retrieval.
• Pick and issue products according to sales orders and production needs.
• Record stock movements accurately and promptly.
• Assist with stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items.
• Assist with loading/unloading and preparing orders for delivery or collection.
• Ad-Hoc duties to assist with production operation.

Job Description:

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Sort, label and store trophies, award components, corporate gifts and packaging materials in the correct locations.
• Pick and issue products and components according to sales orders and production requirements.
• Record all stock received, issued, assembled, transferred, returned or damaged accurately and promptly.
• Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist with loading, unloading and preparing completed orders for delivery or customer collection.
• Ad-Hoc duties to assist with production operation

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, assembly, packing or production work is preferred.
