Job summary

SHORT-Q PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse operative to support daily operations, manually packing goods, preparing shipping documents, and updating transaction records to ensure accurate inventory and timely orders.

You will coordinate with internal teams and couriers, handle data entry tasks, and perform additional duties as assigned, with 9-hour shifts and alternate 5-6 days. Candidates should be able to lift 20kg cartons.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons weighing at least 20kg to safely handle warehouse goods.
• Completion of at least Secondary Education or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manually pack goods accurately for shipping and invoicing to meet shipment schedules
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists for forwarders and couriers to facilitate booking arrangements
• Update transaction records and warehouse systems to maintain accurate inventory and order status
• Communicate with operations, sales, and asset teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and couriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and report collation to support warehouse operations
• Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support warehouse efficiency

• Location: TUAS
• Working days: Alternate 5 and 6 days per week
• Working hours: 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break
• Overtime work required when necessary
