Job summary

EMITROPHIES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Singapore. You will receive goods, verify against orders, label and store items, and pick/issue according to sales orders and production needs.

You will record stock movements, assist with stock counts, monitor levels, and prepare orders for delivery or collection. Overtime may be required during peak periods, and basic computer/inventory-system skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, assembly, packing or production work is preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory-system knowledge.
• Able to lift and carry cartons weighing more than 10kg.
• Able to work overtime during peak periods when required.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, and store trophies and packaging materials.

• Record stock movements accurately and promptly.
• Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items.
• Assist with loading, unloading and preparing orders for delivery or collection.
• Ad-Hoc duties to assist with production operation.

Job Description:

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Sort, label and store trophies, award components, corporate gifts and packaging materials in the correct locations.
• Pick and issue products and components according to sales orders and production requirements.
• Record all stock received, issued, assembled, transferred, returned or damaged accurately and promptly.
• Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist with loading, unloading and preparing completed orders for delivery or customer collection.
• Ad-Hoc duties to assist with production operation

Requirements
