Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a responsible Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold a safe, organized workspace in Singapore.

You will handle receiving, storage, dispatch, stock checks, and documentation, while assisting the supervisor to meet daily targets. Shifts include multiple timings, with overtime and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Warehousing, logistics or manufacturing background is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for inventory updates and data entry.
• Must be able to perform manual tasks including lifting and carrying.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing and dispatching goods.

• Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate warehouse documents.

• Support the supervisor in achieving daily targets.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and process improvements.

• Shift 1: Monday–Thursday & Sunday, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM

• Shift 2: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM

• Shift 3: Monday & Friday–Sunday, 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM

• Shift 4: Monday–Thursday & Sunday, 1:00 PM – 10:45 PM

• Shift 5: Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM – 10:45 PM
