Job summary

Ventós Group in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team and support the Asia-Pacific region. You will handle picking, packing, receiving and shipment preparation, while maintaining safety and inventory controls.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of warehouse experience, a valid forklift license, and solid knowledge of warehouse operations, with basic English communication skills to coordinate with team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level (Technical or Academic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Valid Forklift License required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and shipment of samples to customers, following internal procedures.
• Receive, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
• Perform picking and packing activities to prepare customer orders.
• Assist in monthly stock counts and inventory control activities.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation and shipment of samples to customers, following internal procedures.

Receive, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.

Perform picking and packing activities to prepare customer orders.

Assist in monthly stock counts and inventory control activities.

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum ‘N’ Level (Technical or Academic) or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.

Valid Forklift License is required.

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic English communication skills
