Job summary

Ventós Group, a leading international distributor of essential oils and aroma chemicals, is seeking a Warehouse Operator for its Singapore operations under Ventós-Vos Pte. Ltd. This role supports Asia-Pacific activities and involves handling samples, shipments, and inventory processes.

As part of a fast-paced warehouse team, you will manage picking/packing, stock counts, and ensure safety and organization on site in Singapore. Prior forklift licensing and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘N’ Level (Technical or Academic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Valid Forklift License is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and shipment of samples to customers, following internal procedures.
• Receive, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
• Perform picking and packing activities to prepare customer orders.
• Assist in monthly stock counts and inventory control activities.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
