Job summary

Ventós Group, an international supplier of essential oils and aroma chemicals, seeks a Warehouse Operator for its Singapore subsidiary Ventós-Vos Pte. Ltd. to support Asia‑Pacific operations.

Responsibilities include receiving and shipping, picking/packing orders, stock checks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the warehouse. A forklift license and 3 years of warehouse experience are required, with basic English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Level (Technical or Academic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Valid Forklift License is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and shipment of samples to customers, following internal procedures.
• Receive, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
• Perform picking and packing activities to prepare customer orders.
• Assist in monthly stock counts and inventory control activities.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
