Job summary

MES LOGISTICS PTE. LTD is seeking a warehouse operative in Singapore to handle inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, maintain stock integrity, and support stock takes. The role includes scanning serial numbers and reporting damages, with a focus on accurate tallying and inventory updates.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience and a valid forklift licence, with hands-on use of reach trucks, stackers, or forklifts. A 5.5-day work week is required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: unstuffing containers, counting and tallying, damage reporting, serial number scanning.
• Outbound: container stuffing, picking, tallying with pick list, damage reporting, serial number scanning.
• Maintain graded stock: tallying, inventory updates, dismantling and extraction.
• Inventory control, cycle counts, stock counts, discrepancy verification.
• Prepare for sharp stock takes.
• Improve warehouse racking conditions and housekeeping.

• Outbound (Stuffing of Container, Physical Picking, Tallying of Item with Pick list, Damage Cargo Reporting, Scanning of outbound Serial Number)
• Keeping Track of Graded stock (Physical Tallied, Updating of Inventory, Dismantling and Extraction)
• Inventory Control, Cycle Count, Stock Count, Discrepancy verification
• Preparation for Sharp Stock Take
• Improve warehouse racking condition and House keeping
