Job summary

SUN ACE KAKOH (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a warehouse operative in Singapore to handle receiving, issuing, and stock control. You will ensure accurate quantities, maintain FIFO, and keep the warehouse organized while operating a forklift safely.

The role requires physical fitness for outdoor duties, handling powered equipment, and performing routine admin tasks such as data entry and filing. Prior warehouse experience with container stuffing/unstuffing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Physically fit to walk, stand long periods, lift/carry goods.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper receiving and issuance of raw materials and products.
• Check and verify the quantity and condition of goods received against delivery orders/invoices.
• Perform record-keeping, stock movement control, and assist in the return of damaged goods.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system.
• Keep the warehouse tidy, neat, and clean at all times.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and filing.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory audits.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).

Work Conditions & Safety Requirements:

• Work involve outdoor duties under the sun.
• Handling of powered equipment (e.g., forklift) is required.
• Mounting and dismounting equipment will be part of daily tasks.
• Must be physically fit, including the ability to walk, stand for long periods, and lift/carry goods where required.
• Responsible for routine warehouse administrative tasks.
• Proven experience in a warehouse/logistic role with specific experience in container stuffing/unstuffing using a mobile ramp.
