Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a warehouse associate in Singapore. You will handle daily operations including material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

Training is provided, with 12-hour shifts rotating after the training period; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM during training; after training, 12-hour day and night shifts. Candidates with 1–2 years of warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse, receiving, shipping, or inventory experience.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
• Comfortable working in a quality system environment.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety practices.
• Able to operate hand scanners, RF scanners, and PDA devices.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform all necessary tasks to support smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Operate and properly maintain company-provided warehouse equipment.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Comply with company procedures, quality standards, and warehouse safety requirements.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team.

• Basic Salary:$2,200 - $2,800(Based on experience)

• 12-hour Day Shift Allowance:$12 per working day

• 12-hour Night Shift Allowance:$24 per working day

• Meal Allowance:$8 per working day

Working Hours

After Training
