Job summary

MES LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced warehouse operator to manage inbound and outbound processes with emphasis on accuracy and safety. You will perform unstuffing/stuffing, counting, tallying, and damage reporting while ensuring proper scanning of serial numbers.

The role includes inventory control, cycle counts, and stock housekeeping. Candidates should hold a forklift licence and have hands-on experience with reach trucks or forklifts; 5.5 days work week is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in warehouse or logistics roles.
• Forklift licence is required.
• Experience with reach truck, stacker or forklift is required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound tasks: unstuffing containers, counting, checking, tallied and damage reporting.
• Outbound tasks: stuffing containers, picking, tallying with pick lists, damage reporting and scanning serial numbers.
• Maintain graded stock: physical tallies, inventory updates, dismantling and extraction.
• Inventory control tasks: cycle counts, stock counts, discrepancy verification.
• Prepare for sharp stock takes and ensure accuracy.
• Improve warehouse racking and housekeeping for efficiency.

• Outbound (Stuffing of Container, Physical Picking, Tallying of Item with Pick list, Damage Cargo Reporting, Scanning of outbound Serial Number)
• Keeping Track of Graded stock (Physical Tallied, Updating of Inventory, Dismantling and Extraction)
• Inventory Control, Cycle Count, Stock Count, Discrepancy verification
• Preparation for Sharp Stock Take
• Improve warehouse racking condition and House keeping
