Job summary

SHINE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Singapore to handle receiving, inspection, and putaway of materials, and to prepare kits for production. You will pick, pack, and ship finished goods on schedule and operate forklift/reach truck for loading/unloading.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics/warehousing, a valid forklift license, and the ability to OT/weekend if needed. Strong attention to 5S and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics/warehousing.
• Forklift license valid in Singapore.
• Experience operating forklift and reach truck.
• Secondary education completed.
• Good work attitude and reliable.
• Willing to overtime/weekend as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming receiving, inspection, quantity count, labelling and putaway of materials into storage.
• Prepare and kit materials for production shopfloor.
• Pick, pack and ship finished goods on time and in full according to delivery schedule.
• Operate forklift/reach truck for loading/unloading.
• Update inventory receipt, storage and issue status.
• Carry out inventory stock takes and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure warehouse complies with 5S and WSH standards.
• Comply with established quality standards and procedures.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

• Perform incoming receiving, inspection, quantity count, labelling & putaway of materials & parts into storage
• Prepare & kit materials for production shopfloor
• Pick, pack & ship finished goods on‑time & in full according to planned delivery schedule
• Utilize forklift/reachtruck for loading/unloading transport vehicle
• Update inventory receipt, storage & issue status
• Carry out inventory stock take & ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure warehouse complies with 5S & Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards
• Comply with established quality standards & procedures
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics/warehousing
• Has a valid Singapore Forklift license
• Familiar with operating Forklift & Reach Truck
• Minimum Secondary School Education
• Good work attitude & personality
• Able to perform overtime/weekend work if required
