Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inbound and outbound operations across multiple locations in Singapore. You will handle picking, packing, receiving, and storage while ensuring accurate stock records and safety standards.

The role requires physical capability to lift 15–20 kg, basic computer literacy, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed. Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual warehouse tasks.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• Valid Singapore Forklift License is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and storage.
• Load, unload, and move goods using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Handle cartons or materials weighing up to 15-20 kg as required.
• Conduct stock counts, inventory checks, and visual inspections.
• Update inventory records using scanners or WMS, where applicable.
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Willing to work at different warehouse locations across Singapore based on operational needs.
